In one way or another Ben has been involved in filmmaking since he was twelve years old and his parents handed him his first video camera. Ben attended Confederation College for filmmaking and Humber College for post production where he focussed all of his energy on video editing. After working at Rooster (a busy Toronto post-production company) for over four years, Ben branched out on his own into the wild world of freelance and joined with wife and partner Star Spider to become Happy Creations. Ben has been editing for wonderful clients ever since. He loves his job and takes every opportunity he can to make the world a happier place!

A recovering event planner, when asked what she really wanted to be Star had two answers: a writer and a student. So she is working hard to achieve both of those goals as she runs the business end of Happy Creations, does copywriting for clients and keeps Ben organized. Star loves making people happy, writing books, studying psychology and making awesome videos, and she is thrilled to help out with anything and everything whenever she can!
